Short-Form Video Creator & Editor (Remote)

Overview:
We're a marketing agency seeking a creative Short-Form Video Creator & Editor to support multiple client accounts. This role is dedicated to producing engaging, scroll-stopping video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook , YouTube and other social platforms. If you have a passion for storytelling through video and understand what performs well on social media, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook , Youtube, and other social platforms
Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, music, and trending elements when appropriate
Create compelling hooks that capture viewers' attention
Adapt video styles to match multiple client brands and industries
Follow content calendars and meet weekly deadlines
Maintain organized project files and communicate proactively regarding timelines

Requirements:
Strong portfolio of short-form social media video work
Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Edits, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Understanding of current social media trends and best practices
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines
Reliable communication in English and ability to consistently meet deadlines

Success Metrics:
Consistent on-time delivery of assigned videos
?2 revision rounds per video
High-quality, engaging edits aligned with each client's brand
Strong attention to detail and creative execution

Bonus:
Experience creating content for restaurants, hospitality, agriculture, lifestyle, or consumer brands
Experience working with marketing agencies or managing multiple client accounts
