About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, sharp, and reliable Customer Service Representative to manage and follow up on incoming sales leads. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent English skills, a persuasive sales pitch, and the ability to confidently close deals over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly call back and follow up with all incoming leads
- Use a persuasive, confident sales pitch to convert leads into closed deals
- Build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and deal status
- Assist with basic social media tasks, particularly managing and engaging on Facebook
- Help present products/services attractively online (basic photo/content presentation for listings or posts)
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (lead conversion experience a big plus)
- Strong common sense, quick thinking, and good judgment when handling calls
- Comfortable and capable with Facebook (posting, messaging, engagement)
- Basic eye for presentation, able to make online/product pictures and posts look appealing
- Confident, personable phone presence with strong closing skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup

- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Detail-oriented but able to think on their feet
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
