Customer Service Representative / Sales Closer (English-Fluent)

We are looking for an energetic, sharp, and reliable Customer Service Representative to manage and follow up on incoming sales leads. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent English skills, a persuasive sales pitch, and the ability to confidently close deals over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly call back and follow up with all incoming leads
• Use a persuasive, confident sales pitch to convert leads into closed deals
• Build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and deal status
• Assist with basic social media tasks, particularly managing and engaging on Facebook
• Help present products/services attractively online (basic photo/content presentation for listings or posts)

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (lead conversion experience a big plus)
• Strong common sense, quick thinking, and good judgment when handling calls
• Comfortable and capable with Facebook (posting, messaging, engagement)
• Basic eye for presentation, able to make online/product pictures and posts look appealing
• Confident, personable phone presence with strong closing skills
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
