Location: Remote but requires a fast & stable internet connection, and a good laptop/PC to handle tasks like real estate research, phone support, customer service (we'll train in-house, don't worry)
Salary: $3/hour + yearly raises + yearly performance bonuses
Hours: 8-hour shift begins at 10 am ET (NY Time), 6 days a week, Mon-Fri + one day on the weekend (your choice)
Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team.
We love hiring new grads as well.
The ideal candidate will be trained in-house to be a jack of all trades.
In training, you'll learn
--How to conduct property research and due diligence
--How to make phone calls to the US customers or for conducting research
This role requires an extremely high level of attention to detail, as any errors in data entry could have significant financial implications.
Qualifications:
--High attention to detail and accuracy
--Strong research and analytical skills
--Excellent data entry skills
--Ability to work independently and as part of a world-class team
--Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic
--Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with no downtime
--Excellent communication skills
--Willing to be trained in various tasks like making phone calls, real estate research, etc.
