We are hiring a warm, polished, and persuasive Patient Concierge & Lead Conversion Specialist to respond to prospective patients and book qualified consultations at our in-person medical clinics in Beverly Hills, California, and North Georgia.
This is a patient-facing sales and appointment-setting position—not a general administrative VA role. You will often be the first person a prospective patient speaks with, so you must be responsive, professional, confident, and excellent at building trust over the phone.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to new leads within five minutes during assigned working hours
- Contact leads by phone, text, and email using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Learn each prospect’s goals and determine whether our services may be a good fit
- Explain our practice and services using approved information
- Qualify prospects based on our provided criteria, including their interest in self-pay care
- Address common questions and objections without providing medical advice
- Book qualified prospects for in-person consultations
- Follow up consistently with leads who are not ready to schedule immediately
- Keep accurate notes, tasks, and lead statuses in GHL
- Work closely with the head of the medical practice and the head of AdDisruption, our marketing agency
ABOUT OUR PRACTICES:
We provide proactive, preventive medical care for patients who want to improve both their healthspan and lifespan. We do not accept insurance.
You will be trained on our services, qualification criteria, patient profiles, and approved messaging. Topics may include testosterone treatment for men and women, platelet-rich plasma treatments, peptides, preventive medicine, anti-aging medicine, and longevity.
You do not need to be a medical expert. However, you must be curious, eager to learn, and comfortable discussing medical and longevity topics accurately. Familiarity with respected experts, podcasts, or trends in the longevity space is a plus.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has exceptional spoken and written English
- Speaks clearly and is easily understood by American patients
- Has a warm, polished phone presence appropriate for a premium medical practice
- Sounds conversational rather than scripted
- Has experience in phone sales, appointment setting, lead conversion, or patient coordination
- Is comfortable discussing pricing and qualifying prospects for self-pay services
- Can persuade and overcome objections without being aggressive
- Is dependable, organized, coachable, and consistent with follow-up
- Has experience with GHL or a similar CRM
- Has experience in medical, longevity, wellness, aesthetics, or another high-trust service business
This is a remote position representing established in-person medical clinics. You may explain services using our approved materials, but you must never diagnose, recommend treatment, promise results, or provide medical advice.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a brief phone role-play to demonstrate spoken communication, listening, rapport-building, objection handling, and appointment-setting ability.
