Lead Generation
About the Role

SyncRise AI is a marketing and automation agency serving Home Service companies in the U.S. We build and manage AI-powered lead generation systems — AI receptionists, review automation, lead nurture, and paid advertising — for owner-operator trade businesses. We're growing our team and hiring a paid media specialist to own Google Ads and Meta Ads performance across client accounts, and to help guide our SEO/GBP/website teammate as we scale.

What you'll do:

Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, LSA, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns for clients
Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel)
Manage ad and lead flow inside GoHighLevel (funnels, pipelines, automation)
Report on CPL, ROAS, and lead quality — to clients and internally
Review our SEO/website teammate's work and make sure paid and organic efforts are pulling in the same direction
Recommend budget and targeting strategy per client based on real performance data

What you need:

2+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, with results you can back up with specifics (client type, metric, number)
GoHighLevel experience (certification a plus)
Strong written and spoken English — you'll be reviewing work and communicating directly with the owner
Comfortable giving direction to a teammate, not just executing your own campaigns

Nice to have:

Experience with home services / local trade business clients
SEO or website background
Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)

Full-time preferred.
To apply: Start your application with the word "CACTUS" and include one specific paid ads result you're proud of — client type, the metric you moved, and the number. Applications without this will be skipped.
