The rate is $7 an hour or Php 61,000+ per month
We are looking for an experienced Home-Health Virtual Medical Assistant to provides remote support to healthcare providers, home health agencies, and patients by performing administrative, communication, and coordination tasks from a virtual environment. The role helps improve operational efficiency, support patient care delivery, and ensure accurate medical documentation and scheduling.
Key Responsibility
- Provide patient and provider support through phone, and messaging, including appointment reminders and care coordination.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, and provider calendars.
- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EHR systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Verify insurance eligibility and assist with billing, claims processing, and basic medical coding tasks.
- Perform administrative support duties, including data entry, document management, referral intake, and coordination with external providers.
