Key Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support for acquisitions, sales, and operations
-Manage email s, calendars, follow-ups, and scheduling
-Coordinate inspections, site visits, and contractor meetings
-Organize property files, contracts, bids, and reports in Google Drive
-Maintain CRM, deal trackers, and property pipelines
-Conduct property and vendor research
-Take meeting minutes and summarize action items
-Create SOPs and submit daily EOS reports
-Handle general admin and ad hoc tasks
Required Experience
-Prior experience as a real estate admin/VA for a US-based investing company (preferred, but not required)
-Familiarity with California real estate workflows preferred
-Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Work Requirements
-Hardline internet (50 Mbps+ with backup)
-Reliable computer and quiet home workspace
Compensation & Benefits
-$5/hour, based on experience
-Bi-weekly pay + 13th Month Pay
