GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert — Workflows, Custom Skins & Reporting

We're a US-based company looking for a true GoHighLevel EXPERT — not a generalist who's "touched" GHL, but someone who has built complex systems inside the platform and can customize it deeply. You'll own our GHL environment end to end: automations, custom branding, and reporting.
This role starts part-time as a trial, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right person.
How you'll work:
You'll report to our Director of Operations, who will assign your priorities and projects. But this isn't a purely task-taking role — we want someone who takes ownership, proactively spots opportunities to optimize our setup, and brings ideas to the table rather than waiting to be told. The right person balances "getting assigned work done well" with "seeing what could be better and flagging or fixing it."
What you'll do:

Build and optimize complex, multi-step workflows and automations (triggers, conditions, webhooks, pipelines)
Customize the GHL interface — custom skins, white-label/agency branding, CSS/layout changes, and custo ---------- nu/dashboard layouts
Design and build custom dashboards and reporting so we can actually see what's working
Set up and maintain funnels, pipelines, calendars, and campaigns
Integrate GHL with external tools via API, webhooks, and Zapier/Make
Troubleshoot broken automations and clean up messy existing setups
Proactively identify and recommend optimizations to our GHL systems and processes

You must have:

2+ years working hands-on in GoHighLevel (agency or SaaS experience strongly preferred)
Proven experience with custom GHL skins, white-label branding, and CSS/layout customization
Deep command of complex workflow/automation building — not just basic templates
Strong experience building custom reporting and dashboards in GHL
Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations (Zapier/Make)
A proactive, ownership mindset — comfortable taking assigned work AND driving improvements independently
Excellent English and the ability to explain what you built and why
Reliable internet and availability to overlap with US business hours
