We are looking for an experienced video editor who has already worked inside an 8+ figure ecommerce brand for several months.

We are not looking for someone who is just good at editing.
We are looking for someone who has already seen how a high-performing creative team operates. Someone who understands how winning ads are produced every week, how feedback moves, how testing is organized, and how creative production scales without becoming messy.
We are a small, friendly team that is currently scaling past 8 figures. Everyone works closely together, ideas are welcome, and we move fast.
What you’ll do
- Edit Meta video ads.
- Create multiple variations from winning concepts.
- Work closely with founders.
- Help us produce more winning creatives every week.
- Continuously improve the quality and speed of our editing.

Requirements
- You have worked for an 8+ figure DTC ecommerce brand for multiple months.
- You have extensive experience editing Meta video ads.
- You understand hooks, pacing, retention, UGC, direct response, and performance creatives.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- You are open to feedback and care about getting better every week.
Compensation
We are offering a very competitive salary of $2,000/month for the right person, with room to grow as the company grows.
