Email Marketing Specialist (DTC / 7–8 Figure Experience Required)

We’re a fast-growing multi 7-figure Christian DTC brand with a deeply emotional product. We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands how to write warm, human, story-driven email s that actually move people.

If you know how to speak to real people, create simple and beautiful designs, and drive revenue without needing your hand held, you’ll fit in perfectly.

What You’ll Do

• Create 8–12 campaigns a month
• Write emotional, faith-friendly, story-centered copy
• Build clean, aesthetic Klaviyo designs (no overdesigning)
• Come up with angles and ideas on your own
• Improve performance using data, not guesswork
• Deliver consistently without micromanagement

If you want to work more hours, you can also step into our creative ads process and help us with concepts, scripts, and iterations. There’s plenty of room to grow.

You give us the idea + design + copy, we give quick feedback, and boom… done.

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone with proven email marketing experience for 7–8+ figure DTC brands
• Christian, or someone who naturally understands Christian culture, tone, and emotional nuance
• A strong, intuitive writer who understands emotional storytelling
• Someone who has taste meaning clean layouts, simple visuals, good creative eye
• A self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction
• Someone who loves making email s that feel human
• Strong English, great communication, zero sloppiness
