About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy closer who thrives on winning deals and building real connections over the phone. PLEASE PROVIDE A VOCAROO INTRO RECORDING.

As an Acquisitions Manager, you’ll be responsible for speaking directly with property owners, negotiating deals, delivering offers, and closing opportunities. This is not an entry-level role—we want someone confident, competitive, and motivated by results.

If you know how to control conversations, build rapport quickly, and guide sellers toward a decision, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:
-Speak with inbound and outbound seller leads
-Build strong rapport and uncover seller motivation
-Present and deliver offers with confidence
-Negotiate terms and close deals over the phone
-Follow up consistently to convert warm opportunities
-Track conversations and pipeline in CRM

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in phone sales, negotiations, or closing
-Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust fast
-Competitive mindset with a results-driven attitude
-Organized and consistent with follow-up
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

Compensation & Schedule:
-Base + Performance Bonuses (uncapped earning potential)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST
