About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in content creation, graphic design, video editing, and personal brand growth..

Our client is a successful business coach, so we are specifically looking for someone who understands how to build authority, create engaging educational content, and grow a personal brand that attracts and nurtures an audience across multiple social media platforms.

This is not a typical social media posting role. We need someone who can think strategically, create compelling content, and help expand a coach's influence and reach online.

The position will initially start as part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies focused on audience growth and engagement.
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with the client's brand and business goals.
• Design high-quality graphics for social media, presentations, lead magnets, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging social media assets.
• Research trends, content opportunities, and platform best practices.
• Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Grow and strengthen the client's personal brand across multiple platforms.
• Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Assist with community engagement and audience interaction when needed.
• Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) to send SMS and email campaigns as part of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Social Media Management experience is REQUIRED. Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing previous social media work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

• Previous experience supporting a business coach, consultant, entrepreneur, influencer, public speaker, or personal brand is highly preferred.
• Experience creating educational, motivational, or thought-leadership content.
• Familiarity with sales funnels, lead generation, and online coaching businesses.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Must be well-versed in creating high-quality graphics and video editing.
• Experience growing social media accounts and building audience engagement across one or more major platforms.
• Experience building or growing a personal brand is a plus.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and video editing tools.
• Experience running and optimizing social media ads.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience-building strategies.
• Must be proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL), including sending SMS and email campaigns. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
