AI video editor

We're hiring a full-time AI Video Editor to produce e-commerce videos and ads. You'll take our scripts and bring them to life as ad creatives using AI image and video generation tools. We provide all the brand assets and a full training course to get you up to speed.
We're open to hiring someone still developing their AI skills. What matters most is that you're fully committed to specializing in this craft, improving our current system, and growing into one of the best in the space.

Google Drive

Responsibilities

Read through the scripts we provide
Generate AI videos daily from those scripts
Edit and finalize 4 short-form videos per day
Study the brand, the customer, and the messaging behind everything you create
Stay on top of the AI space daily and keep us informed on new tools and trends worth watching
Proactively suggest improvements to our content system — we want someone who takes ownership, not just follows instructions

Able to create consistent images and videos from AI models
Adaptable and willing to learn
A creative eye: you understand what makes short-form content go viral and know the principles behind it

Pay

$350–$500 USD monthly base, depending on experience
Up to 10% monthly performance bonus
Minimum 5% salary increase after your annual review for solid performers
Real raises beyond that for exceptional work — we'd rather pay more to keep someone great than constantly rehire

This is a dedicated full-time AI role — not a side skill or a pivot project. Your entire focus will be creating high-performing ad content, images and videos, using AI tools.
