About the Role

We are a US Law Firm that helps seniors and their families with important legal matters. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Intake Specialist to answer phone calls and help new clients get started with our firm.

You will be the first person people talk to, so we are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and enjoys helping others.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional way
  • Talk with potential clients and listen to their concerns
  • Schedule appointments for consultations
  • Follow up with potential clients
  • Keep notes and client information organized
  • Help callers feel comfortable, respected, and cared for

Many of our callers are seniors or family members, so being calm, kind, and understanding is very important.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:

  • Speaks and writes English clearly
  • Is warm, friendly, and polite on the phone
  • Is dependable and shows up on time every day
  • Can build good relationships and trust with clients
  • Is organized and pays attention to details
  • Has experience in customer service, call handling, or intake (this is a plus, but not required)
  • Can work 9 am - 6 pm EST and Saturdays
