About Us
We're a high-end podcast and video studio in Florida shooting 4K multicam content for founder-led local businesses. We're building a small, stable team and want one editor to own our shows long term. Steady recurring volume, roughly 8 episodes a month, not one-off gigs.
The Role

Full episode edits: cut, color, and audio master 4K multicam business podcasts, typically 30 to 60 minutes.
Vertical clips: 3 to 5 per episode. Hook or on-screen text so context lands immediately, quality industry b-roll, and endings that breathe so the point actually hits. No lazy edits.
Thumbnails: clean, clickable YouTube thumbnails for each episode.
Workflow: assignments in Monday, raw files from Google Drive, drafts to ---------- . Systems are already built, so you're never chasing files or waiting on notes.

You don't handle uploading, descriptions, or scheduling. Our team covers that. You edit, clip, and design the thumbnail. That's it.
What We're Looking For

Reliable turnaround: full episode, clips, and thumbnail within 48 to 72 hours of receiving raw files.
Autonomy: you find the hooks yourself. We don't send timestamps.
Software: Premiere, Resolve, or Final Cut. ---------- and Monday a plus.

Pay

$60 per episode: full edit, 3 vertical clips, thumbnail.
$85 per episode: full edit, 5 vertical clips, thumbnail.

Paid biweekly, on time, every time. Roughly 8 episodes a month, ongoing.
