We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to run point on SEO client relationships. You’ll be the go-to voice for clients—guiding them through strategy, unpacking results, and turning confusion into clarity.

This isn’t a ticket-based support job. You’ll be talking directly with business owners. That means clear language, confident delivery, and no filler.

Your Role
-Lead client calls with calm authority
-Translate SEO results into business impact
-Handle onboarding, check-ins, renewals, and retention
-Spot risks before they churn
-Keep internal teams in sync (you’re the bridge, not the bottleneck)

-Don’t need scripts—you know how to lead a call
-Are steady under pressure and proactive with clients

We Train On SEO. But you have a fair knowledge of SEO now.
But you must be excellent with people and communication. We’ll teach you the rest.
