Personal Assistant to UHNW Individuals

We’re searching for an experienced lifestyle manager to join our member experience team. You’ll communicate with members, anticipate their needs, and coordinate all the logistics to deliver a world-class experience.
Please note: this job isn’t for everyone. We expect an extremely high standard of work from everyone in our team, and reward that work accordingly.

We’re an AI-enabled lifestyle curation startup, serving a private community of ultra high net-worth members around the globe. We proactively curate and deliver on-demand luxury dining, travel, entertainment, and wellness experiences to our members.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years serving wealthy or high-profile clients
• Five-star hospitality and/or luxury concierge experience
• Near-native spoken and written English
• You've managed and mentored others
• Very comfortable using AI tools like Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini

Comp and benefits:

• $1,800 $2,000 per month
• PTO + public holidays
