About the Role

About Care Property Hub
Care Property Hub connects landlords and care providers through a structured platform and live industry events. We are building a controlled ecosystem, not just running events.

We are looking for a data-driven Growth & Funnel Lead to take ownership of measurable growth.

This role is numbers-focused and execution-driven.

Hours

  • 2 hours per day
  • Monday to Friday
  • 10 hours per week
  • Remote

Responsibilities
You are responsible for the full growth cycle:
Identify ? Propose ? Implement ? Measure ? Report ? Improve
You do not only suggest ideas.
You own implementation oversight and measurable outcomes.

1. Funnel Audit (First 2 Weeks)
Deliver a written growth audit including:

  • Current landlord acquisition sources
  • Drop-off points
  • Messaging performance
  • Follow-up timing issues
  • GoHighLevel capability review
  • Event leverage gaps

Establish official baseline metrics.

2. Growth Strategy & Testing
Design and implement:

  • Messaging improvements
  • CTA optimisation
  • Follow-up improvements
  • Automation recommendations
  • Virtual to live conversion strategy
  • Event to platform conversion improvements

Each initiative must include:

  • Clear hypothesis
  • Measurable success metric
  • Timeline
  • Results analysis

3. Implementation Oversight
You are responsible for:

  • Assigning tasks to VAs
  • Providing written instructions
  • Setting deadlines
  • Confirming execution
  • Verifying accuracy
  • Following up until completion

You may delegate tasks.
You cannot delegate accountability.

4. Messaging & Funnel Optimisation

  • Improve WhatsApp scripts
  • Improve email campaigns
  • Test subject lines
  • Optimise CTAs
  • Run structured A/B tests
  • Use AI tools to improve messaging
  • Track response and conversion rates

5. Weekly Reporting
Every Friday you must report:

  • Landlords joined this week
  • Care providers joined this week
  • 4-week rolling averages
  • Live attendance numbers
  • Virtual attendance numbers
  • Conversion rates
  • Experiments run
  • Results achieved
  • Next week’s priorities

Reporting must be data-based.

Performance Reviews
Formal performance reviews will occur at:

  • 30 days
  • 60 days
  • 90 days

You will present a structured report outlining:

  • Improvements implemented
  • Metrics improved
  • Growth achieved
  • Lessons learned
  • Next phase strategy

Bonus eligibility depends on measurable results.

Required Skills

  • Experience with SaaS or marketplace growth
  • Understanding of funnels and conversion logic
  • Working knowledge of GoHighLevel capabilities
  • Strong copywriting and CTA optimisation skills
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage remote implementation
  • Experience using AI tools for optimisation

Career Progression
If targets are consistently achieved and growth systems stabilised, this role can evolve into Head of Growth with expanded responsibility and compensation.
