About CCS
Charlie's Collectible Show (CCS) is a pop culture and collectibles event company with weekly events in Atlanta, Houston, and Raleigh — and Orlando and Chicago opening soon. We host anime markets, TCG conventions, retro gaming expos, artist alleys, and competitive tournaments, bringing together collectors, vendors, artists, and fans of anime, gaming, and collectibles. CCS is built on community. We create spaces where fandom connects in real life.

The Role
You'll produce marketing and event visuals for CCS events across our cities using our established templates, brand guidelines, and SOPs — covering graphics, promo videos, and vendor spotlights. This is an execution-focused role: you'll follow the structure, update assets, and keep everything on-brand, not build from scratch.

What You'll Design

• Social media graphics (banners, posts, reel covers, event schedules)
• Event posters (digital + print)
• Signage and postcards
• Newsletter visuals
• Promotional reels and simple animations (Canva or CapCut)
• Vendor spotlight videos
• Evergreen Videos

Must-Haves

• Strong layout and typography skills
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut
• CapCut editing skills: animations, transitions, and sound effects
• Can organize event details clearly (date, time, location, CTA)
• Follows brand guidelines and SOPs
• Organized and meets deadlines
• Detail-oriented
• Coachable and open to feedback

Nice-to-Haves

• You're a fan of anime, TCGs, gaming, or collectibles
• Weekend availability (not required — but welcome)

Work Setup

• Remote, full-time
• Monday–Friday, must be available 10AM–5PM EST for communication and urgent requests
• Weekend work is optional
