NOW HIRING – REMOTE VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS (CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES)

Calvin's Tools Inc. is expanding, and we're looking for reliable, motivated Virtual Assistants to join our Food Trailer Rental & Sales team.

If you enjoy talking with customers, closing deals, and providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
• Assist customers with food trailer rentals, rent-to-own, and trailer sales
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and rental agreements
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with customers
• Verify insurance documents before trailer pickup or delivery
• Provide professional customer service throughout the rental or sales process

Requirements

• Fluent English is required (spoken and written).
• Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a computer
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)

Compensation & Incentives

Base Pay: $50 per week

Performance Bonuses

• +$25 for every standard trailer rental you close
• +$50 for every new monthly trailer rental you close
• +$200 for every food trailer sale you close
• 5% commission on approved add-on products and services you sell, including generators, propane packages, POS systems, digital menu boards, Protection Plans, and other approved add-ons
