About the Role
We are an accounting and HR consulting firm with clients in hospitality, construction, and R&D pharmaceuticals. We provide bookkeeping and CFO services for our clients, but need support with invoice entry and journal entry management. I also need support with email management.
This job will require attention to detail and willingness to follow processes.
Tasks
- Email /calendar management, scheduling, inbox triage, correspondence drafting
- Light bookkeeping: transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, data entry into QuickBooks
