About the Role
We are an independent insurance agency looking for a Remote Insurance CSR / Account Manager to support our personal and commercial lines book of business. This role handles the day-to-day service work that keeps policies accurate, renewals on track, and clients well taken care of.
You will work directly with our team to process endorsements, prepare renewals, and support new business quoting, all while keeping our clients informed and confident in their coverage.
This role works US business hours, which fall during the night in the Philippines. Please only apply if you are able to work a consistent night shift long term.
Core Responsibilities
Policy Servicing: Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes accurately and on time. Maintain clean, organized records in the agency management system.
Renewals: Prepare renewal packages ahead of expiration dates. Review coverage changes, flag gaps, and coordinate with carriers as needed.
Client Communication: Respond to client questions about coverage, billing, and claims status. Professional, clear, and prompt communication is essential.
Quoting Support: Assist with new business quoting by gathering client information, running comparisons across carriers, and preparing quote documents for producers.
Carrier Coordination: Communicate with carrier underwriters and service reps to resolve policy issues, request documents, and follow up on pending items.
What We Are Looking For
Required:
1 or more years of experience in customer service, account management, policy servicing, or a similar client-facing support role
Comfortable learning a new agency management system quickly (we will train on our specific platform)
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment on a night shift schedule
Organized and careful with detail, this work rewards accuracy
Preferred:
Direct experience with an agency management system such as Applied Epic, EZLynx, or AMS360
Prior experience specifically in insurance (not required, strong customer service backgrounds are welcome)
Active or previous insurance license
Experience with both personal and commercial lines
Familiarity with carrier portals (Progressive, Travelers, The Hartford, or similar)
Previous experience working a night shift or graveyard schedule for a US-based company

Full time, 40 hours per week
Remote from the Philippines
Night shift hours aligned to US business hours
Pay range: $6 to $8 per hour depending on experience
