About the Role

We are a growing Amazon agency looking for an experin across multiple client accounts.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who already understands Amazon PPC, can independently make strategic decisions, and can clearly explain the reasoning behind those decisions to clients and internal tea ---------- mbers.

You will be responsible for developing full-funnel Amazon advertising strategies, optimizing campaign performance, preparing weekly reports, and regularly participating in client meetings. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of results.

Candidates without direct Amazon PPC management experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
-Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display.
-Develop keyword and ASIN targeting strategies based on performance, keyword rank, competition, profitability, and client goals.
Build full-funnel advertising strategies using multiple campaign types.
-Manage keyword bids, budgets, negative targeting, and Top of Search placement adjustments.
-Analyze ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, conversion rate, search terms, placements, and overall account performance.
-Prepare weekly client reports outlining results, completed actions, concerns, and next steps.
-Meet with clients regularly and confidently answer questions about campaign performance and strategy.
-Clearly explain why specific targeting, bidding, budget, and campaign decisions were made.
-Manage multiple brands and accounts while keeping campaigns organized.
-Learn and eventually assist with TikTok advertising.

Requirements:
-Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
-Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
-Proficiency with Amazon Ads Console and third-party PPC tools.
-Strong AI, Excel, & Google Sheets skills.
-Experience with keyword research, Brand Analytics, A/B testing, bulk operations, & bid automation.
-Excellent written and conversational English.
-Comfortable leading regular client video calls.
-Able to explain complex advertising data and defend strategic decisions.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
-Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
-Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled meetings during U.S. business hours.
-Willingness to learn TikTok Ads.

Preferred:
-Previous experience working for an Amazon agency.
-Experience managing multiple client accounts.
-Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Data Rova, or similar platforms.
