Shopify Virtual Assistant

We're growing our remote team and looking for a reliable, disciplined, and ambitious eCommerce Virtual Assistant who's after long-term growth.

Our agency is based in the Philippines and runs multiple eCommerce brands for international clients.

This role suits someone who takes work seriously, picks things up fast, and wants to build a real career in digital work — not just another short-term VA gig.

It's a busy, fast-moving role. Because we handle several clients at once, some days bring a stack of tasks, urgent revisions, and tight deadlines.

We need someone who stays organized, follows instructions properly, holds up under pressure, and stays dependable even when the workload gets heavy.

• About the Role:

• Start Date: Immediate
• Schedule: Graveyard shift, Philippine time
• Work Days: Monday to Friday
• Weekends: Off

Occasional overtime may come up when there are urgent client tasks, key deadlines, or time-sensitive updates. It isn't a daily thing, but eCommerce work sometimes calls for flexibility.

• Responsibilities:

You'll support daily operations across multiple eCommerce brands. Tasks may include:

• Managing and updating Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon stores
• Writing, editing, and optimizing product listings
• Running product, competitor, and market research
• Handling basic customer service and order processing
• Completing website updates and admin work
• Assisting with marketing and content tasks
• Creating simple graphics and visuals in Canva
• Helping with basic website layout and design improvements
• Using ChatGPT and AI tools to work faster and more accurately
• Following systems, checklists, and instructions carefully
• Juggling multiple tasks across different client accounts
• Responding quickly to task updates during working hours
• Staying organized even when things get busy

As you grow, you'll be trusted to manage client accounts more independently and take on higher-value work.

• Requirements:

• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills

• Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience with Shopify
• Basic graphic design skills or Canva experience
• A sense for layout, spacing, and clean design
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools
• Basic video editing with CapCut
• Prior VA, eCommerce, customer service, or admin experience

We value attitude, discipline, consistency, and reliability over years of experience. Skills can be taught, but work ethic, honesty, and commitment are expected from day one.

• Compensation and Growth:

• Monthly Salary Range: ?25,000 to ?30,000
• Performance Bonus: ?5,000 to ?8,000 per month
