About the Role

We're a fast-growing eCommerce agency serving multiple international clients, and we're searching for a sharp, highly organized, high-energy Operations Manager who is also strong on the project management side.

This is a core role inside the business.

You'll be the person who keeps the agency running smoothly — making sure work is clearly assigned, deadlines land, communication stays tight, and the team consistently ships quality output.

This isn't a passive seat and it isn't basic admin. We need someone who thinks quickly, moves quickly, leads well, and keeps everyone pulling in the same direction.

The right person has genuine experience in operations, team leadership, project management, eCommerce, and client communication.

  • What You'll Own:

Operations and Team Management

  • Run the day-to-day operations of the agency
  • Manage remote tea ---------- mbers and keep everyone aligned and productive
  • Assign work clearly and correctly based on priority and each person's skill
  • Chase progress so tasks keep moving and deadlines are hit
  • Catch bottlenecks, slowdowns, and underperformance early and deal with them quickly
  • Strengthen accountability, structure, and overall team discipline

Project Management

  • Turn client requests, meeting notes, Loom recordings, and feedback into clear, actionable tasks
  • Load tasks into ClickUp or similar tools with the right context, deadlines, and priority levels
  • Make sure tasks aren't just posted but genuinely understood by the team
  • Keep projects advancing without the owner having to push constantly
  • Ensure urgent work is delivered on time and high-priority items don't slip

Quality Control and Delivery

  • Check work before it reaches the client
  • Confirm deliverables are accurate, clean, and match what the client asked for
  • Spot errors, weak output, or missing pieces before anything is submitted
  • Hold a high internal quality bar across every active client project

Client Communication

  • Handle client communication in a professional, clear, and confident manner
  • Send updates, follow-ups, and replies promptly
  • Make sure clients feel looked after, informed, and supported
  • Grasp each client's priorities and pass them clearly to the team

Systems and Process Improvement

  • Sharpen internal workflows and agency systems
  • Build stronger SOPs, structure, and processes
  • Propose ways to make the business run more efficiently
  • Find spots where automation or better systems can save time and lift delivery quality
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Proven track record as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar leadership role
  • Solid experience across eCommerce, websites, and digital marketing environments
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong leadership and delegation ability
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive
  • Able to work with urgency and juggle many moving parts at once
  • Sharp problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable leading remote teams
  • Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Loom, and similar platforms
  • Able to take ownership and lighten the owner's load rather than add to it

This is a full-time, high-focus position inside a small but growing agency.

Because the role sits at the center of daily operations, we need someone who can give it their full attention and energy. You should not be holding other jobs or active side commitments that would pull at your focus, availability, or performance here.
