Sprint Labs is hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative to support one of our clients in Australia, an established provider of GPS tracking and fleet management solutions.
This is a full-time remote role for someone in the Philippines who is confident on the phone, comfortable with cold outreach, and hungry to build pipeline. You will be responsible for generating interest from prospective business customers through outbound prospecting across phone, email , and LinkedIn.
This role is not about sitting back and waiting for leads to come in. We want someone who can take ownership of the top of funnel, actively build lists, work leads with persistence, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
You will be engaged by Sprint Labs and work closely on the company account, helping drive new business conversations and booked demos.
What you’ll be doing
As the SDR, you will own outbound prospecting activity from start to finish.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Prospecting potential clients through cold calling, cold email , and LinkedIn outreach
- Building and managing prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, Dripify, HubSpot, and other sales and marketing platforms
- Working from lead lists provided by the business, while also sourcing and identifying your own target accounts and contacts
- Reaching out to decision-makers and key stakeholders to introduce Linxio’s solution
- Following up consistently across multiple channels to generate interest and move prospects forward
- Qualifying prospects to determine fit, interest level, and next steps
- Booking demos directly into the sales representative’s calendar where appropriate
- Handing over warm opportunities and qualified lead details to the sales representative for further follow-up
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Tracking outreach activity, response rates, leads generated, and meetings booked
- Contributing ideas to improve prospecting strategy, messaging, targeting, and pipeline generation
What success looks like in this role
This is a performance-focused role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and highly consistent with activity.
Success in this role would look like:
- High daily outbound activity across calls, email s, and LinkedIn
- Strong discipline around follow-up and pipeline hygiene
- Qualified leads being generated consistently
- Demos booked for the sales team
- Good judgement in identifying businesses that are a fit for Linxio
- Professional and confident communication with prospective clients
A strong SDR in this role knows how to keep ---------- ntum. Some days that means making a large volume of calls. Other days it means chasing up warm prospects, refining a list, or finding the right contact inside a company that looked cold at first.
Who we’re looking for
You’re probably a good fit if you are someone who enjoys outbound sales and doesn’t get rattled by rejection. You know that pipeline is built through consistent effort, sharp communication, and relentless follow-up.
We’d like to hear from people who have:
- Experience in an SDR, BDR, lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales role
- Confidence making a high volume of cold calls each day
- Experience with cold email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Dripify, or similar platforms
- Strong written and spoken English
- A professional and confident phone manner
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently from home and stay productive in a remote environment
- A results-driven attitude and genuine motivation to generate leads and open opportunities
Bonus points if you have
- Experience selling B2B software or SaaS
- Experience selling into fleet, logistics, transport, operations, construction, field services, or related industries
- Experience booking demos for an Account Executive or Sales Representative
- A strong understanding of how to research accounts and identify decision-makers
