Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via email , chat, or messaging platforms in Italian.
Issue Resolution: Assist customers with questions, requests, or basic problems and escalate issues when necessary.
Information Handling: Accurately record customer interactions and update basic records or systems.
Follow-Ups: Ensure customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
General Support: Provide day-to-day customer care support to help maintain high customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in customer service or support is helpful but not required.
Ability to learn internal tools and processes with basic guidance.
Professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
