Short-form video editor for daily fitness content (Instagram reels, DaVinci Resolve)

About: I ---------- a 54K fitness page posting daily. I'm growing from educational content into a more motivational, cinematic era, so you'd cut a few different styles, not one on repeat.
You'd edit: talking-head + b-roll, word-on-screen, shirtless training hype edits, whiteboard breakdowns.
Must have: real short-form/vertical experience (not repurposed horizontal), clean synced captions, a strong hook instinct, a good ear for sound, and basic colour grading (I provide LUTs). DaVinci Resolve preferred.
What I care about most: an editor with feel who'll flip a weak hook or fix a flat grade without being told. I give a full brand guide and all footage/b-roll in a Drive.
Pay: $15–50 per video, depending on length. Ongoing work for the right person.
