About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound outreach, lead follow-ups, and appointment setting within a structured HubSpot environment.
This role focuses on converting segmented outbound campaigns into qualified Zoom appointments through a mix of email sequences, phone outreach, and CRM-driven workflows.
This is not a "spray-and-pray" sales role. It is a structured execution role inside a data-driven outbound system where success is measured by consistency, follow-through, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to follow up on HubSpot email sequences and segmented contact lists
- Book qualified Zoom appointments for the sales team
- Run structured follow-up sequences through calls and email s based on campaign workflows
- Work across segmented contact lists by industry, geography, sports, education, and other verticals
- Maintain accurate CRM records within HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
- Support data cleanup, list updates, and contact enrichment activities
- Handle monthly contact imports and updates, including management of marketing and non-marketing contacts
- Ensure outreach activities align with targeting and segmentation strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and campaign performance
Requirements (We Will Evaluate You On)
Relevant Work Experience
- Prior SDR, appointment setter, lead generation, or outbound sales experience preferred
- HubSpot experience is strongly preferred
- Experience working within structured sales processes is a plus
Software & Technical Proficiency
- Experience using HubSpot (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub preferred)
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, contact databases, and structured workflows
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software platforms
Remote Work Experience & Adaptability
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones
- Able to work independently while maintaining communication with the team
English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)
- Strong spoken English for phone outreach and appointment setting
- Clear and professional written communication for email s and CRM documentation

Hubstaff Usage Requirement
- Must be willing to use Hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring
- Comfortable working in a transparent and performance-driven environment
