Franchise Operations & Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time | Remote)

About Us

Grit + Grind Coffee is one of the fastest-growing coffee franchises in the United States. We’re building something bigger than coffee—we’re creating systems, helping entrepreneurs succeed, and building a brand people love.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating order from chaos, loves learning new software, and takes pride in making things look professional.

This is a long-term position with room to grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with the founder to help grow our franchise system.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Design graphics, manuals, and presentations in Canva
• Create social media posts and schedule content
• Help onboard new franchisees
• Build SOPs, checklists, and operating systems
• Organize Google Drive and company documents
• Create training materials
• Update our operations manual
• Manage projects inside ----------
• Help improve internal processes
• Assist with light administrative tasks when needed

No two days will be exactly the same.

Software You’ll Use

• Canva
• Google Workspace
• ChatGPT

• Dripos (training provided)

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

• Speaks and writes excellent English
• Is extremely organized
• Has a strong eye for design
• Enjoys creating systems and documentation
• Learns software quickly
• Is dependable
• Thinks ahead instead of waiting for instructions
• Pays attention to details
• Likes solving problems

• SOP creation
• Social media management
• Marketing
• Coffee or restaurant businesses
