SEO Specialist / SEO Strategist (Long-Term Remote Position)

We are a growing UK-based exterior cleaning and specialist access company looking for an experienced SEO Specialist / SEO Strategist to join our team on a long-term basis.

We currently operate three business websites, with our first project being our brand-new website: ---------- .

The website has never had any SEO—no audit, keyword research, content strategy, local landing pages or backlink campaign. We are looking for someone to build our SEO strategy from the ground up. Once this project is complete, you will move on to our remaining websites.

This is NOT a basic SEO role.

We're looking for someone who can think strategically, identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver measurable results—not someone who simply updates meta titles or installs SEO plugins.

Your responsibilities will include

• Conducting a full technical SEO audit
• Keyword research and competitor analysis
• Building a Local SEO strategy
• Creating service and location landing pages
• On-page optimisation
• Technical SEO improvements
• Internal linking strategy
• Backlink and citation building (white-hat only)
• Google Search Console & GA4 monitoring
• Monthly SEO reporting and recommendations

Essential Skills
