HIRING Full-Time Video Editor for 7 Figures Supplement Brand

We’re a fast-growing DTC brand in the health supplement space, scaling to 30K days with performance-driven creatives. Every ad we launch is backed by data and crafted to convert. We’re looking for a video editor who not only edits but also thinks like a marketer - someone who wants to grow, push limits, and create winning ads at scale.

The Role

We’re hiring a Video Editor who can consistently deliver high-performing Meta video ads (30–120s). This is a long-term, remote role with $4 start salary which increase if hit rate is on target. Also introducing performance bonuses in 2nd month.
What You’ll Do

• Edit high-converting ads for Meta & Google (30–120s)
• Apply strong hooks, pacing, captions, and transitions
• Work with UGC, b-roll, and AI-generated content (Heygen, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana and VEO3)
• Test UGC-style videos, TikTok-style ads, AI visuals, and VSLs
• Analyze performance data & iterate quickly based on KPIs (hook rate, hold rate, CVR) - Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager + other editors to push volume - Source raw footage & voiceovers to bring concepts to life
• Experiment with new formats, trends, and storytelling angles

You Need

• Experience editing performance-driven Meta ads (UGC/direct response) - Proven portfolio of short-form, direct response ads
• Strong creative eye and ability to deliver 15 ad concepts per week
• Understanding of marketing psychology, hooks, and consumer behavior - Hunger to grow — willing to test, fail, and iterate fast

What You’ll Get

• Base salary: $4 per hour (start salary that increases if performance is on target) + performance bonuses

• Direct collaboration with a high-performing editors, strategists and Founder - Managed under a dedicated Creative Manager who oversees editors and strategy
