What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Strong English communication (neutral or US accent preferred)
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon or Shopify
  • Bonus: Experience with modest fashion / Muslim clothing brands or understanding of hijab and abaya fashion market
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Zoho, or RingCentral a plus
  • Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
  • Backup device and power source
