TikTok Creator Outreach Specialist

About the Role

Natural Health Practice is looking for a proactive TikTok Creator Outreach Specialist to help grow our TikTok Shop affiliate program.

Your main responsibility will be finding relevant health and wellness creators, sending personalized outreach, building relationships, and helping qualified creators join our affiliate program.

This role is focused on genuine creator engagement. We are not looking for someone who sends spa ---------- ssages or contacts random accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Research relevant TikTok creators
Identify creators in health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and related niches
Review engagement quality, content relevance, and audience fit
Send personalized outreach messages
Follow up with interested creators
Explain the affiliate program, commission, and sample process
Help creators join through TikTok Shop
Answer basic questions from creators
Coordinate sample requests with the internal team
Maintain an accurate weekly outreach report
Share creator feedback and common objections
Meet agreed weekly outreach and onboarding targets

Requirements
Experience in influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, or creator management
Familiarity with TikTok and TikTok Shop
Excellent written English
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Able to identify genuine engagement and avoid fake or low-quality creators
Organized and consistent with follow-ups
Comfortable working with weekly KPIs
Health and wellness experience is preferred
