Meta Ads Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for Natural Health Practice.

You will be responsible for campaign strategy, testing, optimization, reporting, and working with the creative team to improve advertising performance.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns
Build campaign structures for prospecting, retargeting, and retention
Test audiences, offers, landing pages, and creatives
Monitor campaign performance daily
Optimize budgets based on performance
Track ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and profitability
Identify winning ads and scaling opportunities
Coordinate creative requirements with designers and video editors
Review customer and competitor insights to improve advertising angles
Troubleshoot tracking or campaign issues
Prepare clear weekly reports
Recommend actions to improve performance and profitability

Requirements
At least 2 years of Meta Ads experience
Proven e-commerce advertising experience
Experience managing and scaling paid campaigns
Strong understanding of campaign testing
Able to analyze data and make decisions independently
Knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversion API
Strong communication and reporting skills
Shopify experience is required
Experience in health, wellness, or supplements is preferred
