I’m Stefan, founder of Status Alpha – a high-ticket mentorship for men who want elite body, energy, mindset and performance.
For the last 5 years, I’ve done my own social media: filming, posting, comments, DMs, testing, learning. Now I need ONE person to take everything I’ve built and run it BETTER than I did.
Think of this as:
You own everything the world sees from Status Alpha on social media.
My job is to create world-class content and coach clients.
Your job is to make sure the world actually SEES it, at a top-1% level.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
You are not “posting for a client.” You are running the full social media machine for a brand that is going to be everywhere.
You will NOT:
- Be a pure video editor
- Be a closers’ assistant
- Be a “just tell me what to click” VA
You WILL:
1) Social Media Strategy (Inside My Framework)
- Understand my offer, avatar and voice (self-image, natural hormones, elite physique, performance).
- Turn that into a simple, clear social media plan across:
- Facebook (Page + Profile)
- TikTok
- YouTube (Shorts + long-form)
- X / Twitter
- And any other platform we d ---------- to conquer next
- D ---------- which assets go where, how often, and with what angle – using my existing Content Operating System and AI tools (I’ll show you).
2) Content Operating System (You Run It)
I already have:
- Google Drive structure
- Content Tracker
- AI “Content Chief” and other premium AI tools
- SOPs + Looms
Your job:
- Take every video I drop into the Drive INBOX and:
- File it correctly (RAW, PROOF, Asset Bank, Projects)
- Get it transcribed
- Ensure transcripts are PERFECT (grammar, mishears, punctuation)
- Generate editor briefs with AI + our templates
- Coordinate with the editor until final assets are approved
- Keep the Content Tracker 100?curate:
- No “mystery files”
- No “I think it’s done but I’m not sure”
3) Publishing and Distribution (Hands-On)
You will personally schedule and publish content on:
- Meta Business Suite (IG + FB Page)
- Facebook Profile
- TikTok Scheduler
- YouTube Studio (Shorts + long-form, incl. thumbnails, descriptions, tags)
- LinkedIn native scheduler
- X / Twitter
- And any future platforms we add
You must already be familiar with (or be able to quickly master):
- Setting custom thumbnails
- Handling mobile-only quirks (IG grid previews, YT Shorts covers)
- Avoiding basic platform mistakes (wrong crop, cut text, bad covers, sound issues)
4) Comments, Community & First Touch DMs
Every day, you will:
- Sweep comments on all platforms
- Reply as ME (in my tone, with my beliefs) – not as a generic brand
- Turn high-intent comments into DMs and hand off to the setter when appropriate
- Send simple first-touch DMs to:
- New followers
- Poll voters
- Strong commenters
(Using frameworks I’ll give you – plus your own judgment)
You are the front line of the Status Alpha “voice” online.
5) Analytics and Feedback
- Weekly:
- Track what performed best (posts, hooks, thumbnails, topics)
- Send me a 5–10 bullet summary: “Here’s what’s winning, here’s what’s losing.”
- Monthly:
- Update a simple Performance Log with:
- URLs
- Views
- Saves/shares
- Comments
- Propose 2–3 tests we should run next month (angles, formats, hooks)
6) Quality Control & Taste (Non-Negotiable)
You are responsible for:
- Looking at every thumbnail, title and important post and asking:
- “Is this at the level of Alex Hormozi / top fitness brands, or not?”
- If the answer is “no”:
- You call it out – to me, to the editor, to whoever – respectfully but clearly
- You give specific feedback: what to change and why
- You push for A+ output, not B+
If something is mediocre and you let it go live, that’s on you.
7) Light VA Support (Tied to Social)
Over time, you will also:
- Help with basic admin related to content (naming, uploading, organizing)
- Occasionally support me as a VA where it overlaps with social/media
(You will not be booking my dentist. Everything stays tied to content and brand.)
WHO YOU ARE
This is who I’m actually looking for:
- You’ve managed social media for at least 3–5 years
- Ideally for coaches, creators, or personal brands
- You’ve run multiple platforms at once, not just “I posted Reels”
- You care about views, saves, shares, watch time, DMs – not just “it’s posted”
You are:
- An operator (you love systems, checklists, making sure nothing drops)
- A practitioner (you’ve been inside Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok, not just watched a course)
- A student of top brands (you know who’s winning and why)
- Comfortable with pressure (the bar is high, and you like that)
You have:
- 10/10 written English (we will test this)
- Strong feel for masculine, direct, honest tone
- Real experience:
- Scheduling and posting
- Managing comments
- Light copy (captions, replies, simple hooks)
- Working with editors/designers
You are the type of person who:
- Sees a weak thumbnail and can’t unsee it
- Notices when a caption buries the hook
- Pays attention to the details nobody else sees
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- 10/10 written English (no AI needed for clean copy)
- 3–5+ years as a Social Media Manager / Content Manager for coaches/creators/brands
- Proven track record:
- You can show accounts you’ve managed
- You can talk about growth, not just “I posted”
- Hands-on with:
- Meta Business Suite
- YouTube Studio
- TikTok (web/app scheduler)
- LinkedIn posting
- X / Twitter posting
- Comfortable with:
- Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
- Basic Canva
- Simple video tools for transcripts/checks (CapCut, YT transcripts, etc.)
- You like:
- SOPs, systems, Looms
- Pressure and high expectations
- Direct feedback and fixing problems fast
- You are okay with:
- Evening / EU afternoon / some US time overlap (exact hours we can define)
- Light weekend checks so nothing breaks
SCHEDULE & PAY
- Full-time (35–40 hours/week)
- Remote
- Core working hours: must overlap at least 3–4 hours with Dubai time and/or PH evenings, plus light weekend coverage (comments/checks)
- Pay: depends on experience and proof, but this is an A-player role – we will pay for the right person
- Long-term upside:
- Salary growth based on performance
- Bonus tied to growth and reliability
- Potential for equity/profit-share if you become a core part of the company
This is not a short-term gig. I’m looking for someone who wants to build a career here.

5) Strategy Snapshot
If you took over my Instagram, YouTube and TikTok tomorrow, what would your first 30 days focus on?
- Max 10 bullet points.
- Keep it practical (not “I’d optimize content” but what you’d actually do).
6) Availability and Pay
- Where are you located?
- What hours can you work (in your local time)?
- What monthly salary (in USD) would you be happy with for full-time, high-pressure, long-term work?
