About the Role

Lead Generation Specialist – Solar & BESS | Remote

EPC Solar is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to support growth across the Australian commercial Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems market.

The role will focus on:

Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
Monitoring tender portals, EOIs, RFTs and pre-qualification opportunities
Building and maintaining a structured sales pipeline
Conducting market and competitor research
Managing lead data, CRM updates and opportunity tracking
Producing pipeline reports, analytics and business development insights
Targeting opportunities across logistics hubs, data centres, telecommunications, agriculture, aquaculture, mining and resources

Applicants should have strong research, written communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and convert market intelligence into qualified opportunities.

Experience with CRM platforms, tender portals, lead generation systems and the Australian commercial market will be highly regarded. Solar PV or BESS experience is preferred but not essential.

Shortlisted candidates will prepare a brief presentation demonstrating how they would develop a targeted lead generation campaign for EPC Solar, including sample target companies, outreach content, research sources, activity schedules, qualification criteria and pipeline reporting.
