As we continue to expand, were looking for an exceptional Customer Support Representative who will also take on Risk Manager responsibilities. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with forex trading experience and a passion for helping clients.

Role Details:

•Location: Remote

•Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible hours, including possible weekends and night shifts)

•Rate: $4 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle chat support via ---------- and Intercom (approx. 8 hours daily).

•Respond to customer email s with professionalism.

•Assist with forex and trading-related queries.

•Act as a Risk-Free Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies and risk standards.

•Provide polite, professional, and empathetic client support.

Requirements:

•Forex trading experience is a must.

•Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

•Flexibility for different shifts (including weekends or nights).

•Must have a Telegram account.
