We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build a custom management system from scratch for our online education business.

Our students normally subscribe through our main website using credit/debit cards. However, many students in countries like Kenya, Somalia, and Ethiopia pay manually using mobile money or other local payment methods. We need a separate internal system to manage these customers.

Student Registration & Manual Payments

• Register students who pay manually.
• Track payment method, amount, date, and reference.
• Verify manual payments before activating the subscription.
• Activate memberships (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Automatically show Active, Expiring, and Expired accounts.
• Send automatic email reminders before subscriptions expire.

Customer Service Dashboard

• Daily phone calls made.
• Calls answered.
• Interested leads.
• New paid members.
• Conversion rate.
• Commission tracking.
• Daily reports.

Operations Manager Dashboard

• Track customer complaints.
• Record negative feedback.
• Assign and monitor customer service tasks.
• View team performance and reports.

CEO Dashboard

• Complete business overview.
• Membership statistics.
• Revenue and payment reports.
• Customer service performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience with full-stack web development.
• Experience building custom CRM/admin systems.
• Clean, scalable architecture built from scratch.
• Ability to add new features as the business grows.
