About the Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Social Media Campaign Specialist & Customer Service Agent to join our growing eCommerce team. This is a high-value role suited to someone who takes ownership, thinks creatively, and wants to grow with the business.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns across our channels
• Create and edit graphics/images for product listings and website content
• Handle customer service interactions professionally and promptly
• Support general website content updates as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and spoken English
• Creative eye for social media content and campaigns
• Experience with image/graphic editing tools
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow
• Previous social media campaign examples (required with application)
