Fix My Water (FMW) is an Australian water filtration business that sells and installs filtration systems through a mix of direct sales, site visits, and digital marketing. We run our own paid social campaigns, capture our own video and photo content on site, and run our sales pipeline through GoHighLevel (GHL) as the single source of truth for every customer and sale. We're moving our day-to-day marketing execution in-house and hiring a dedicated specialist to own it directly.
THE ROLE
Take full ownership of our day-to-day marketing execution — content, creative, paid ads, SEO, email and GHL — working directly with our team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage our Digital Marketing Strategy, including:
- Social media (FB/IG/LinkedIn): plan and run a consistent organic content calendar, turning our own site-visit and shoot footage into scroll-stopping posts
- Video editing: turn raw footage into Meta/YouTube ad cutdowns, YouTube Shorts, and short-form social content
- Design: flyers, banners and promotional graphics for digital and print use
- Paid ads: build and manage Meta ad campaigns (offers, targeting, landing pages), monitor cost-per-lead and optimise spend (Google Ads a bonus)
- Website Development/Landing pages: build, manage and iterate pages for offers/campaigns that our ads and businesses point to
- SEO: write articles and improve on-site content to lift organic rankings
- Email nurture: build and manage sequences and campaigns that keep leads warm through to sale
- GHL: own workflows end-to-end, keep the opportunity pipeline clean, troubleshoot issues — this is non-negotiable
- Reporting: proactively report on spend, leads and CPL on a regular cadence
- Google Business Profile: manage our profile and run review generation
MUST HAVE
- Minimum Five Years of experience in Marketing
- Hands-on experience creating and scheduling organic social content for Facebook , Instagram and LinkedIn
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Practical experience running and optimising Meta Ads campaigns
- Comfortable writing clear, SEO-aware web content and articles
- Comfortable building/editing simple landing pages
- Strong written English and reliable communication across time zones
NICE TO HAVE
- Google Ads experience
- General knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) is ideal but not mandatory
- Email marketing/nurture sequence experience
- Experience managing a Google Business Profile and review generation
- Prior experience with a trade, home services, or direct-to-consumer business
Start: as soon as we find the right fit. Part-time to begin, with real potential to grow into a full-time role as the working relationship proves out.
