We are on the lookout for 2 US RECRUITER

WeBox is looking for an experienced US Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for US-based roles. You will handle job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate sourcing on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and post job ads on US job boards and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, and other networks
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Assist with recruitment strategy and maintain candidate records
Provide feedback to hiring managers and represent WeBox at job fairs

Qualifications:
Proven experience in US recruitment (must have US recruitment background)
Familiar with job boards and social media recruitment tools
Strong interviewing and communication skills
Proficient in LinkedIn and Indeed sourcing
Able to handle multiple tasks and positions simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with 1+ year US recruitment experience
