To this end, we are currently seeking a motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, goal-orientated Health Administration Assistant to join our team.

Interested? Well, this hands-on role requires an efficient & empathic professional who has excellent interpersonal skills, extremely organised, thrives on providing outstanding customer service and enjoys working alone as well as contributing to our dedicated team.

Beyond the Maze is currently a team of 8, which includes 4 virtual assistants also based in the Philippines. We are looking for another tea ---------- mber to join them to assist our health VAs here in Australia.

We are a flexible and friendly workplace but do expect that you will be available full-time hours, which are 6.30am – 3pm Philippine time.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will:

  • Have outstanding English communication
  • Have experience in health care; specifically, this means experience with businesses such as psychologists, medical professionals, physiotherapists, etc., making appointments, answering email s, communicating with clients and potentially answering inbound phone calls etc. If you have experience in healthcare in Australia, this is an added bonus. THIS IS IMPORTANT; IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE, YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT PROGRESS.
  • Have strong Internet strength and speed (you will be asked to provide a speed test if you are interviewed) and a place to work at home
  • Have exceptional time management and be very organised.
  • Be focused on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Have exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Possess a positive "can do" attitude and work ethic.
  • Be confident, with an ability to adapt quickly and prioritise to meet deadlines and exceed targets.
  • Be self-motivated & proactive and able to work alone and organise your chaos.

If you have marketing experience and/or design flair too, then this would be an extra added bonus but not essential.

Building strong working relationships, a strong client focus and commitment to deliver a high level of output and tangible results would be critical to your success.
