About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team and help us build a world-class culture by attracting the best talent and supporting our people in meaningful ways. Our team has two tea ---------- mbers that have been with the founder for over ten years. Multiple others are nearing the five-year mark.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Lead discovery calls to understand client needs.
  • Manage the client journey from placement to integration.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client concerns.
  • Foster strong, long-term client relationships.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Set and track success metrics for clients and teams.
  • Monitor daily reports and KPIs to assess performance.
  • Identify and address performance gaps.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Team Coordination & Communication

  • Facilitate internal meetings and process alignment.
  • Manage workload distribution and task execution.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication across teams and with clients.

Operational Oversight and Process Facilitation:

  • Manage task handoffs, workload distribution, and daily End of Shift reporting.
  • Monitor performance metrics, address operational challenges, and lead meetings to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.

Team Support:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Recruitment, HR, and Operations—to ensure alignment and seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the recruitment team, facilitating clear communication and fostering effective collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies is required.
  • Background in offshore staffing is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with the construction or home services industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align client strategies with broader business goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to anticipate and address issues independently.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing client records, tracking performance, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative team player, promoting open communication and smooth coordination across departments.
  • Personable and client-focused, with a talent for building lasting professional relationships
