About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Outbound B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a dedicated, full-time role where you will work directly as an extension of our team not as part of a generic outsourced support team. You will be responsible for generating new business, prospecting potential clients, setting qualified appointments, and closing sales.
Our company provides e-commerce, marketing, data intelligence, and patient retention solutions for medspas, dermatology clinics, and plastic surgery practices across the United States.

What You’ll Do
-Make 100+ outbound calls per day to medspa owners, dermatologists, practice managers, and other healthcare/aesthetic professionals.
-Prospect and generate new B2B leads.
-Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
-Deliver compelling sales pitches and communicate the value of our platform.
-Handle objections confidently and professionally.
-Set qualified appointments for the sales team.
-Close deals where appropriate.
-Maintain accurate and real-time lead activity, notes, and statuses in GoHighLevel (GHL).
-Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
-Work closely with our US-based team during US business hours.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
-Minimum 3+ years of proven outbound B2B sales experience.
-Strong experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting.
-Proven success in a high-volume calling environment with measurable results.
-Excellent spoken English with clear, confident, professional, and persuasive communication skills.
-Comfortable handling rejection and overcoming objections.
-Experience with CRM systems. GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a major plus.
-Highly organized and diligent with CRM updates and activity tracking.
-Reliable high-speed internet connection.
-Backup power and internet options are strongly required to support a full workday and high call volume.
-Self-motivated, resilient, and able to maintain high activity levels independently.
-Must be available to work full US business hours from the Philippines, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST or similar.
Please Note
This role is not for candidates whose primary experience is inbound customer service or general call center support.
Examples of experience that may not be sufficient on its own include inbound customer service roles for companies such as DirecTV, ---------- , or similar support-based campaigns.
We are specifically looking for someone with strong, hands-on outbound B2B sales experience and a proven track record of generating appointments and/or closing deals.
Compensation
Base Salary: $700–$1,200 USD/month depending on experience and proven track record.
Performance Incentives:
-Generous commission on qualified appointments set
-Percentage-based commission on converted sales
-Uncapped earning potential
-Strong performers can typically earn $1,500–$3,000+ USD/month total through base salary and commissions.
