ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a U.S.-based CDL A truck driver recruiting company hiring ONE full-time Truck Driver CDL A recruiter to handle phone calls, texts, email s, social media inquiries and follow-ups with CDL A drivers & applicants
This role is NOT sales and NOT admin-only. You will follow scripts exactly, qualify drivers, send applications, and book callback for the recruiter.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Call /Text/ Email new CDL driver leads daily (40–60 calls/day)
Send and manage text message & email follow-ups
Ask qualification questions using a script
Send driver applications and track completion
Update CRM accurately
Book same-day callbacks for recruiter
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
You will NOT confirm exact pay or job details
You will NOT negotiate with drivers
You will NOT close hires
You will NOT freestyle scripts
REQUIREMENTS (READ CAREFULLY)
Previous CDL A driver recruiter / assistant experience is needed
Clear spoken English (accent is OK, clarity is required)
Comfortable making 50+ calls per day
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Able to follow scripts word-for-word
Coachable and detail-oriented
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday (weekends ok too if wanted more hours)
U.S. business hours (Chicago IL time zone)
Consistent availability required
COMPENSATION
$4–6/hour depending on experience
Performance bonus after driver is hired
Long-term position for the right person
