Compensation:
Base Salary: 15,000 Philippine Pesos/month Performance bonuses and raises available based on results and consistency.

About the Role
We are hiring a proactive and creative Marketing & Community Growth Assistant to help grow our SPC flooring brand across social media and online communities.
This role focuses on:
- Facebook Group marketing & community engagement
- Building relationships with contractors, builders, and industry professionals
- Social media content planning and posting
- Direct outreach & lead generation
- Brand content and online presence
- Marketing research & growth opportunities
- CRM management (HubSpot) and lead tracking
- Supporting marketing campaigns and the sales team
We're looking for someone who is organized, internet-savvy, self-motivated, and eager to help grow a U.S. business.
> Responsibilities
Social Media & Community Marketing
- Join relevant Facebook groups related to:
- Flooring
- Construction
- Contractors
- Remodeling
- Real estate
- Home improvement
- Engage naturally inside groups
- Post approved marketing photos and promotional content
- Respond to comments and messages professionally
- Build awareness for the company online
Direct Outreach & Lead Engagement
- Send DMs to contractors, flooring stores, builders, and property managers
- Introduce the company and products professionally
- Start conversations and generate interest
- Forward interested leads to the sales team
Content & Brand Management
- Help create and maintain an aesthetic, professional social media feed
- Organize and post product photos, videos, and marketing materials
- Suggest content ideas and trends
- Help improve the company’s online branding and presentation
Marketing Strategy & Research
- Research competitors and industry trends
- Come up with new marketing ideas and growth strategies
- Identify new places online where customers can be reached
- Help brainstorm promotions, partnerships, and campaigns
CRM & Organization
- Organize customer inquiries and leads
- Maintain clean records inside HubSpot
- Track outreach activity and engagement
- Assist with general marketing support tasks
