About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy marketing professional to support our commercial real estate brokerage. This role combines social media management, AI-powered marketing, graphic design, video creation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces new technology, and can manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Extensive knowledge of AI SEO or GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Expertise in AI and knowledge of which AI is best for different applications/tasks
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of commercial real estate marketing experience, strongly preferred OR A Quick Learner
- Experience with Constant Contact
- Expertise in Canva and CapCut (or similar short-form video editing software), along with ChatGPT Image Generation, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, or similar AI image creation tools. Experience with AI avatar/video platforms such as HeyGen, Synthesia, or Runway is a plus.
- Ability to work Independently absolute MUST
- Must meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail & able to work quickly
