About the Role

---------- is hiring two full-time video editors:

Shorts Editor — full-time
Long-Form Editor — full-time

You can apply for one or both. When you apply, share a portfolio that reflects the work you want to be considered for. If your reel shows both shorts and long-form, great — we'll figure out the best fit with you. If it only shows one, that's completely fine; we'll simply interview you for that single position. We interview each applicant for one role, not both.

What you'll do

You'll create aesthetically polished, motion-graphics-driven YouTube videos that tell a story and carry a clear message — content built to turn our viewers into clients. Strong visual instincts, clean pacing, and purposeful motion design are at the heart of this role.

What we're looking for

Proven editing experience. This is not an entry-level role — you should have a track record you can point to.
A portfolio. A link or attachment is required; applications without one won't be reviewed.
Motion graphics skill. You can produce visually striking, story-driven videos, not just cuts on a timeline.
A conversion mindset. You understand that the goal of the video is to move viewers to take action.
CST availability. You must be able to work standard business hours, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (CST/CDT).

Our interview process

We use a three-stage interview process, and all applicants are required to complete it in full.
