Appointment Setter (Commission Only, $250 USD Per Closed Call)

About Marlow:
Marlow places executive assistants with business owners who need their time back. We handle the matching, the vetting, and the support. Our clients come to us because hiring an EA on their own is slow and risky.

The Role:
You call warm and cold leads from our CRM and book them onto a call with one of our closers. That's it. You are not selling, negotiating, or handling objections about price. Your job is to get a qualified appointment on the calendar and hand it off for us to finish it.

Our closers take it from there. When a call you booked closes, you earn $250 USD, every time.

What We Provide:
The lead list, already loaded in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
A sales script and call flow so you know exactly what to say
Team Support throughout the process
The dialer and CRM access
Closers who run the actual sales call

Compensation:
$250 per closed call
Commission only. There is no hourly base pay.
No cap on how many appointments you can set

Who This Is For:
This works well if you want flexible, performance-based income and you are comfortable with the reality that your earnings track your effort and your booking rate. If you need guaranteed weekly pay, this is not the right fit.

What We're Looking For:
Comfortable on the phone, great phone voice with minimal accent, and making a high volume of outbound calls
Clear speaking voice and good listening
Self-directed, since you set your own hours
Prior phone sales, setting, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Reliable computer, headset, and internet

Schedule
Flexible US time zone. You choose your hours within normal business hours in the leads' time zones (Needs to be US hours, nobody will answer in the middle of the night.. 8am-6pm EST through PST, these hours will be fine.)
